Data centre accommodation in Northamptonshire
Northamptonshire — England
Northamptonshire's data centre activity is anchored by Node4 Northampton on Lower Farm Road in the Moulton Park Industrial Estate, a busy colocation and connectivity facility that brings fit-out, migration and maintenance crews into the county on rolling contracts. Further east, the Safenames facility on Sinclair Drive in Wellingborough's Park Farm Industrial Estate adds hosting and network work to the mix. The county also sits inside easy reach of the Midlands and London fringes, so contractors often run multiple sites from one base here. Crews tend to be cabling teams, cooling specialists and security-cleared infrastructure engineers staying eight weeks to six months. They need drive-time-certain housing, somewhere to park a van overnight, and a host who will not fuss about odd shift patterns. KrewBase shortlists by minutes to the gate, sends only verified properties, and prices everything bills included so your project costings hold up. Give us the site, the headcount and the start date, and your shortlist lands within two hours.
Where crews stay for Northamptonshire data centre work
For Node4 in Northampton, crews stay in Moulton, Overstone or Kingsthorpe, all within ten minutes of the Moulton Park estate and its gate. Teams on the Safenames site in Wellingborough usually base themselves in the town itself, or in nearby Earls Barton and Irchester for quieter streets and bigger drives. Northampton's position on the M1 means London, Milton Keynes and the East Midlands are all reachable for multi-site crews, the town centre has proper supermarkets and trade counters, and we shortlist every option by actual drive time to the specific site gate, not a rough postcode radius.
