Data centre accommodation in Rochdale
Rochdale — England
Rochdale has a genuine data centre of its own: Zen Internet's purpose-built facility at Sandbrook Park, a mile from junction 20 of the M62, hosting business-critical IT for customers across the North West. CenterServ also operates its Generation Centre facility in town, and the Manchester cluster spills up the M62 with edge and enterprise sites from Oldham to Salford. Work here is a mix — rack fit-outs and network upgrades at Sandbrook Park, comms-room projects across the borough, and longer programmes feeding the Manchester market. Crews are typically three to ten people staying for whole phases. KrewBase shortlists by drive time to the gate, looks for van parking and shift-tolerant hosts, and everything is bills included. Tell us the rota and headcount and we will have a shortlist back within two hours.
Where crews stay for Rochdale data centre work
Sandbrook Park crews often stay in Castleton or Norden, both within five minutes of the facility and the M62. The town centre offers affordable terraces handy for the Generation Centre and the train line into Manchester. Middleton to the south works for crews whose work drifts towards the city, while Littleborough to the east suits quieter tastes. The whole logic is the M62: live anywhere between junctions 19 and 21 and you can reach the facility, Manchester and most of the northern corridor without ever sitting in town traffic. It is a compact, cheap market where a month-long contract does not mean a compromise on space.

Common questions — data centre accommodation in Rochdale
How close can crews stay to Zen's Sandbrook Park facility?
Castleton and Norden are five minutes from the gate, with the M62 a minute further. We shortlist there first, then widen to the town centre if you need more bedrooms or a tighter budget.
Is Rochdale practical for crews splitting time with Manchester sites?
Yes — the train and the M62 both run straight into the city, and staying in Rochdale rather than Manchester typically halves the housing cost for the same size of house. All our Rochdale options come bills included with van parking confirmed.
